Nerdular

Nerdular was a fun startup that sought to create an eBay/Etsy style community around comic books, games and collectables.

The vision for the product was for users to be able to create their own storefronts and customize it to suit themselves perfectly. With highly specialized filtering and sorting, Nerdular would be able help customers find exclusive and often rare products.

I developed some initial branding to help get them get started as they took meetings seeking funding and partners. The goals was to conjure feelings of nerdy activity without being derogatory. We landed on something simple and iconic.

We built a prototype to serve as the groundwork for their future vision. It served as a guide for their white labeled storefronts, searching and filtering and a universal shopping cart experience.
